If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by fax or e-mail within fifteen days of receiving your order. We will happily replace items, provide you with a credit towards your next order, or if circumstances warrant, refund your money. Products must be returned in good condition with original packaging.
With Growums' return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition. Please note: we are not responsible for product damage due to environmental or other circumstances beyond our control. To begin your return processing, just contact us and we will tell you where to send the merchandise -- if you want, we will even send a shipping label to you.
- You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected by one of our fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),
- if you have requested a replacement (for example, if we have shipped the wrong product to you), your replacement merchandise will be shipped within seven days at no additional charge to you -- our fault, so shipping and handling are on us.
- if you have requested a credit toward your next order, a letter evidencing the amount of the credit (purchase price less shipping and handling) will be mailed to you within seven days.
- if circumstances warrant a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit for the purchase price (less shipping and handling) will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
